The Role
JOB TITLE: Technical Field Engineer
BASE LOCATION:
Bellshill (on-site)
SALARY: Up to £26K Depending on skills and experience + Company vehicle
WORKING PATTERN: Permanent I Full-time (35 hours per week)

ROLE PURPOSE:
As a Field Engineer, you’ll be the face of Kick on-site with our customers, delivering high-quality technical support and service across a broad range of IT environments. You’ll diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations while maintaining our high standards of service delivery.

Working closely with the Helpdesk, you’ll take ownership of troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and customer interaction, while developing their technical expertise within a growing managed service provider.
