Title: Technical Engineer – Permanent – Telford. Position: Technical Support Engineer / Telecoms Specialist / Technical Engineer. Full‑time permanent role based in Telford, with extensive travel across Shropshire, West Midlands, Staffordshire and Mid Wales.

Responsibilities
  • Install, configure and maintain a variety of communication systems.
  • Diagnose faults and provide effective customer support and training.
  • Travel regularly within the West Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire and Mid Wales while based in Telford.
  • Maintain a professional and flexible approach, meeting customer needs at various technical levels.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an IT and/or telecommunication support role, especially with software‑based support.
  • Valid UK driving licence; ability to travel extensively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
  • Organised, professional, and willing to pursue further technical development.
  • Residence within commutable distance of Telford.
