About the role

As a Technical Digital Project Manager, you'll have the knowledge, experience and skills to:

  • Drive platform delivery from concept to launch, ensuring accessibility, security, and trauma-informed design.
  • Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and the software development agency.
  • Oversee integrations, compliance (GDPR, cybersecurity), and continuous improvement post-launch.
  • Champion survivor-centric innovation and inclusive design.
About You
  • Proven experience in technical product and project management.
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), GDPR, and digital best practices.
  • Skilled in agile/waterfall methodologies, vendor management, and CMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
