Job summary

A leading flat roofing manufacturer in Ipswich is looking for a technical support role to assist in the production of design drawings and technical calculations. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of CAD and an architectural or construction background, along with excellent detail orientation and communication skills. This role requires liaising with clients and processing documentation as part of a dynamic team focused on high quality and precision.

Qualifications

• Technically minded with a construction or architectural background.
• Excellent computer literacy and communication skills.
• Knowledge of waterproofing systems and industry standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce, check and process design drawing requests.
• Liaise with clients and technical managers.
• Deal with telephone and email enquiries.

Skills

Basic level of CAD experience

Ability to read and understand architectural drawings
