Overview

Technical Coordinator We have a permanent, full-time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £33,879 rising to £37,548 per year after key competencies of the role are met.

The role of Technical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating role relating to new build and development properties including the assessment of land, site acquisition, pre-development programme monitoring and post-completion matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including Welsh Government and other statutory bodies as required.
