A leading construction firm in Birmingham is searching for a Technical Coordinator to support its demolition team. This role entails coordinating planning, permits, and project documentation while ensuring compliance and safety standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, alongside a solid understanding of demolition processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to multiple projects during a period of growth in the company.
DCS are seeking a Technical Coordinator to join a well‑established demolition team during a period of growth. This role is central to the successful delivery of demolition projects, coordinating technical, administrative and site activities from pre‑start through to completion.
You will act as a key point of contact between Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, site teams, subcontractors, clients and other teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly and on programme.
