Are you passionate about technology and thrive in client-facing roles? We’re looking for a Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping innovative IT solutions that deliver real business value.

About the Role

As a Technical Consultant, you’ll collaborate closely with our sales team and clients to understand business needs and design tailored solutions across managed IT services, cloud, security, and communications. This is a pre-sales role that blends technical expertise with commercial acumen, making you a trusted advisor to both new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales to qualify opportunities and understand client requirements
  • Design and present bespoke IT solutions covering cloud, networking, cyber security, managed services, and voice
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions and translate findings into impactful proposals
  • Deliver engaging demos and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scope accurate deliverables
  • Stay current with vendor technologies (Microsoft, Sophos, Cisco, etc.) and industry trends
  • Meet and exceed pre-sales KPIs aligned to sales targets
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solutions consulting, or sales engineering (ideally within an MSP or IT services provider)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, cyber security, and UC/voice solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate technical detail into business value
  • Experience designing solutions that align with customer needs, budgets, and compliance requirements
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with MSP operating models (SLAs, recurring revenue, professional services)
  • Background in project delivery or technical consulting
