Job description

Morro Partnerships are a leading partnerships developer, proactive in driving affordable housing and regeneration across the East and West Midlands. Our ability to adapt and regenerate has led us to become the largest privately‑owned affordable housing providers in the Midlands, with over 2,500 plots in our current pipeline.

We are seeking someone exceptional to support the department in our West Midlands office, WS11 0EJ. This role is vital in ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, reporting and seamless communication across project teams, clients and subcontractors.

What is involved within the Role?

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director and the team.
  • Manage and organise office operations and procedures for the department.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all construction related documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate project activities.
  • Obtain quotes for building control, building warranty policies and other reports/consultant designs as required.
  • Raise purchase orders on our Coins system for suppliers, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Maintain the in‑house database system and update any required documentation.
  • Obtain certification and documentation for handover of properties to clients.
  • Support other Admin functions across the business when required.

Experience

  • Proven experience of working in an administrative role within a construction or similar industry.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently.
  • A proactive and detail‑oriented approach to work, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
