Technical Administrator – Correct Contract Services (CCS)

Job Purpose

As a Technical Administrator, you will support the Retrofit team by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, while ensuring quality control of survey and installation compliance paperwork. You will be responsible for technical submissions, monitoring project compliance, and processing customer satisfaction data to uphold CCS's high standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Administration & Compliance
  • Assist the Technical Admin team, providing proactive and professional support.
  • Oversee and deliver the customer satisfaction process by ensuring accurate tracking and reporting on installations, renewables, small works, and commercial projects.
  • Quality‑check surveys and create job packs for installations.
  • Review and process installation submissions, producing accurate submission packs.
  • Lodge successful installations in relevant systems.
  • Identify and resolve defective paperwork, liaising with operations and installation managers.
Process Management & System Usage
  • Maintain 100% compliance for all projects.
  • Utilise software systems for digitalising surveys and submission processes.
  • Take ownership of the company defects process, ensuring all defects are logged in Protean (CRM system) and providing necessary updates and reports.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer focus with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
  • IT proficiency, with a willingness to train on internal software systems.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in administration and customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in reviewing technical paperwork.
  • Interest in renewable energy and retrofit projects is desirable.
