Any such duties should not, however, substantially change the general character of the post.* To undertake the full requirement of tasks as set out in the technical operator section of the skills matrix.* To have the ability to perform first line fault finding, basic equipment calibration, set up and routine maintenance.* Be able to read, understand and follow all required documentation. Ie. SOP’s, QCP’s, Product and Technical drawings.* To achieve the targets and quality standards set out by Production Management.* To work efficiently and effectively as an individual or as part of a team.* Have the ability to work with cross functional and mixed ability teams.* Provide daily support to meet customer’s daily expectations* Ensure that time and quality is of the essence in every activity. Accept that teamwork is a fundamental part of your job. Be flexible enough to comply with all reasonable requests asked of you.* Ensure that regular communication is maintained with the Production Leader to advise of any issues adversely affecting your performance, any quality/equipment issues must be raised in a timely manner.* Ensure critical issues are quickly recognised and resolved.* Create an effective focused working relationship with key internal customers and suppliers. Work as a team – driving quality and performance – recognise your customers and suppliers and ensure partnership activities are always a priority.* To maintain high levels of communication at all levels.* Maintain high levels of Health and Safety at all times.* Keep work area clean and tidy.* Ensure a “safe and secure” environment, Ensure 100% compliance to EMS and HASAW act 1974.* Promote, demonstrate and maintain a quality culture including, housekeeping, health and safety and teamwork by ensuring 100% compliance to all Apollo procedures.
