YPerform administrative duties to support the transport and volunteer driver team. This includes general admin tasks, preparing reports, managing invoices, and maintaining accurate records.Assist with office and operational tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining driver and vehicle documentation.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transport and fleet administration tasks run smoothly and efficiently.Support the Manager with other duties as required.Previous experience in an administration role, preferably supporting transport, fleet, or volunteer programs, and/or an appropriate qualification in Business or Administration.Knowledge of administrative and record-keeping best practices, including maintaining accurate documentation.Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with community members, volunteers, and staff. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
