What You Will Do:

Lead and Supervise a team of Social Workers and practitioners, ensuring high-quality services are delivered effectively.

Oversee the decision-making process for referrals, ensuring assessments are prioritised and managed efficiently.

Collaborate with key services such as health, education, and police to deliver a holistic, comprehensive approach to supporting children and families.

Ensure efficient operation of the Duty and Assessment Team, meeting service delivery targets and maintaining high standards.

Foster a culture of development, learning, and reflective practice within your team.

Participate in internal audits and service reviews to maintain the quality of service and practice.

Engage with external partners and stakeholders to improve outcomes for children and families, especially those with complex needs.
