Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health conditions.
  • Leadership experience or strong desire to take the next step into a leadership role.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations alongside the Service Manager.
  • Promote daily independence in the people we support.
  • Supervise and mentor Support Workers.
  • Safely administer prescribed medication.
  • Allocate duties effectively across the team.
