A children's services organization based in Manchester is seeking a passionate Team Leader to lead a children's residential home. The role involves supporting children with complex needs, leading a team, and ensuring high standards of care. Candidates must have experience in children's services and ideally a qualification in Residential Childcare. ⭐ Team Leader – Children’s Services ⭐
📍 Location: Ashton-under-Lyne (Manchester)
💷 Salary: £29,494 – £30,000 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)
⏰ Working Hours: 40 hours per week (with expected overtime to cover sickness and annual leave)
🏡 Service: Children’s Home
👥 Service Users: Children and young people with complex needs
🎓 Qualifications Required: Ideally NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
🕒 Experience Required: Experience supporting children with complex needs
📄 Employment Type: Permanent

You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent)
You have qualifications only in Healthcare, NHS, CQC, or as a Nursery Practitioner
You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
