  • Own the planning, prioritisation, and tracking of the team’s workload, in alignment with project and commercial support teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement of support processes, documentation, and customer outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop support technicians, ensuring skill development and performance management.
Essential Qualifications
