A global engineering consultancy is seeking a Team Lead/Associate in the Tunnel and Underground Space division in Greater London. The successful candidate will manage a team, ensuring effective leadership and coordination in tunnel projects. Key requirements include a Master’s degree in engineering, chartership, and at least 10 years of experience in the industry. The role involves guiding team members and contributing to business development initiatives, alongside ensuring high-quality design solutions. Remote work flexibility is also available.

We are looking for a new Team Lead to enhance our team. To thrive in this role, you must have a strong track record in tunnel and underground space design and an ability in team leadership.
Joining our Global SpearheadAs our new Team Lead you will be part of our Major Projects Spearhead. You’ll be joining colleagues from all over the world working on a wide range of projects both in the UK and globally. By combining local experience and insights with our global knowledge base, we provide our clients with the most qualified expertise to deliver the best solutions. We also offer a complete service by acting as trusted advisers to our clients at every stage of the project life: from strategy development and planning to detailed design and execution.
