A leading educational institution in Whitfield is seeking Teaching Assistants for fixed-term contracts until August 2026. The role consists of supporting SRP pupils for 31 hours per week. Ideal candidates will have GCSEs in English and Mathematics along with experience in school settings. Competitive hourly rate of £12.71 plus SEN Allowance. Salary: Kent Scheme A pro-rata (equivalent to £24,513 for full time), £12.71 per hour + SEN Allowance
Core hours: 08:45 – 15:15 Monday – Friday.
Whitfield Aspen School values education, skills and experience. Candidates who possess GSCE qualifications with grades A*- C or 4 and above in English and Mathematics / NVQ2 / Equivalent or higher is advantageous. Candidates must be able to provide original examination certificates prior to the interview.
Experience of working in school supporting children is desirable.
