About the Role: In this role, you will deliver exceptional Maths and Computing education at Downsend School. You will work closely with the Heads of Maths and Computing to provide high‑quality teaching across your classes, ensure pupils are inspired, challenged, and supported to make strong progress. You will help shape a positive and forward‑thinking departmental culture, contribute to enrichment activities such as coding clubs and numeracy challenges, and engage in professional development. You will collaborate with colleagues across departments and sites to support continuity, progression and our wider STEAM initiative. Whether planning engaging lessons, developing resources, or contributing to the school’s digital learning platforms, you will help create a dynamic and stimulating environment where pupils thrive.
