Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools are currently recruiting for a Teacher of Chemistry (Maternity Cover) to join the Senior School on a temporary basis from 14 August 2026 to 25 June 2027 (subject to satisfactory pre‑employment checks). The role is full‑time, with a salary of £35,202‑50,982, and is based at our Queensferry Road site.
The purpose of the role is to teach Chemistry at all levels up to Higher and contribute to the School’s extra‑curricular programme.
The successful candidate must be GTCS registered, or eligible for registration, in teaching Chemistry.
