Overview

This role empowers a strategic Talent Lead to build and own the entire talent acquisition function from scratch for a rapidly scaling enterprise tech platform. You will define strategy, lead end‑to‑end recruitment, and partner with leadership to attract and retain world‑class talent, driving growth from 35 to over 100 people.

Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver the talent acquisition strategy aligned with critical business priorities.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing to successful candidate closing across all functions.
  • Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers, coaching them on best practices to ensure high‑quality hiring.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership, ideally in a high‑growth startup environment (employees 2‑30, scaled 10‑100+).
  • Track record of designing and executing effective recruitment strategies with a data‑driven mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing and coaching senior leaders as a strategic partner.
