The Fine Print

Pay: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

Location: Remote within the UK, with occasional travel required.

Role type: Permanent / Full-Time

Hours/Days: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday

Reporting to: Employee Experience Manager

Are you passionate about finding exceptional talent and creating a seamless candidate experience? Join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and take the lead in managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This is a standalone strategic role where you’ll lead recruitment across the business. While supported by a wider team, you’ll be the go-to expert driving our talent strategy end-to‑end.

🧠 What You’ll Do

  • Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job advert creation to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide expert guidance.
  • Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and internal policies.
  • You will positively represent our brand, promoting our values to showcase our unique culture throughout the employee journey.
  • Collaborate with a wider support team while confidently leading all recruitment decisions.
  • Utilise social media such as LinkedIn to engage with passive candidates and highlight our employer branding and EVP.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in managing recruitment processes at pace.
  • Strong ability to interpret recruitment metrics and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Confidence in navigation applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools and systems.
  • A self‑starter who thrives on autonomy, able to stand on their own two feet and lead recruitment while partnering with stakeholders across the business.
  • Problem solving mindset and openness to AI and automation.
  • Ability to represent our culture and values throughout the candidate journey.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of field marketing is a bonus.
