A leading educational provider is seeking an Internal Recruiter for their Huddersfield London Campus. This full-time role involves attracting top talent and enhancing the recruitment process. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver a high-quality hiring experience. Candidates should have academic recruitment experience and strong communication skills. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Talent Acquisition & Integration Manager, business stakeholders, and Talent Acquisition Specialists to deliver a smooth, high-quality hiring experience. You’ll be instrumental in strengthening our employment brand, improving recruitment and onboarding processes, and helping to build a centre of excellence within our Talent Acquisition function. From sourcing and assessing outstanding candidates to developing innovative hiring initiatives, your work will have a tangible impact on how our team grows and thrives.
