What you’ll do:
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process - from strategy and sourcing to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers across the region to define profiles, shape hiring plans, and deliver top talent.
  • Build and nurture talent pools to meet evolving business needs.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing tools, channels, and social platforms to attract the best candidates.
  • Champion best‑practice interview and assessment methods, guiding hiring managers through each stage.
  • Maintain recruitment data, insights, and reports to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint.
  • Support onboarding to ensure every new hire gets off to a flying start.
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Labour Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in full‑cycle recruitment, ideally within a fast‑moving, competitive environment.
  • Confident using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, social media, and professional networks.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluent in English (an additional EU language is a plus).
  • Positive, proactive, and ready to deliver results in a matrix organisation.
