  • Assist in the entire candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.

  • S upporting recruitment across the Club — from football and performance roles to business, commercial and operational teams
  • Partnering with h iring m anager s , to understand their departmental plans and develop search specifications that ensur e we attract individuals who share our ambition and values
  • Supporting the entire candidate journey, from first contact through to onboarding
  • Working closely with the wider People and Culture team to develop e ffective and collaborative processes
  • Be involved with change programmes and p roject work, including a new ATS implementation & the development of e arly c areer programme s
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office , especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
