Talent Acquisition Specialist - Belfast - Professional Services

We're delighted to be partnering with a growing, values-driven consultancy based in Belfast to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys balancing hands-on hiring with the operational side of recruitment and HR support activities.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal networks
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through to offer stage
  • Coordinate interviews and act as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
  • Support employer branding activity and recruitment initiatives
  • Track and report on recruitment activity and key hiring metrics
  • Prepare and issue contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
  • Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
  • Process recruitment-related invoices and maintain cost records
  • Ensure recruitment processes remain compliant with internal policies and legislation
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a HR generalist role
  • Demonstrated success supporting or delivering recruitment targets
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with ATS systems is advantageous
