Role Overview

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to shape the future of hiring at Nourish. This isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about building a world-class team that powers our mission. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with hiring managers, leaders, and the People team to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across all functions, from engineering and product to sales and marketing.

This is a strategic and hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and knows how to build scalable hiring processes while keeping the human touch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design proactive hiring strategies aligned with business goals and future needs
  • Build trust and credibility with the business as a centre of excellence within the P&C team
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build multi‑channel sourcing strategies and deliver top‑tier candidates with an emphasis on attracting passive, high quality candidates, directly
  • Advise on labour market trends, competitor activity, tech advancements and regulatory changes related to hiring
  • Thorough market mapping of talent, competitors, industry and geographies
  • Own full cycle recruitment across multiple functions effectively and with a deep breadth of business knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using a mix of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, referrals, events, networking etc.)
  • Coach and upskill hiring managers on best practices in interviewing, selection, candidate experience, attribute‑based hiring
  • Champion a world‑class candidate experience from first touch to offer, continuously embedding feedback and improvements
  • Collaborate with People Ops to improve hiring workflows, onboarding and reporting
  • Use data to track hiring performance and continuously improve time‑to‑hire, time‑to‑fill and quality‑of‑hire
  • Represent Nourish at recruitment events, meetups, networking and online communities
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including careers page, social media, and content
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a tech or SaaS scale‑up
  • Strong sourcing skills, experience with modern recruitment tools and platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – proven ability to partner with, coach and enable leaders
  • Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities with speed and precision
  • Passion for candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices
  • Data‑driven mindset with a knack for spotting trends and opportunities
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach to problem‑solving
