Job description
Overview

Planteria Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead and evolve our hiring practices to meet the requirements of a fast-growing company. This is both a strategic and hands-on recruiter role, requiring experience in diverse and creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn. Location is based at our HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA) with an agile approach including the option to work one day per week from home.

Base pay range information is provided by Planteria Group. Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience; talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Location & Hours: The role is permanent and based at our HQ, with lunch provided onsite and ample parking. Working hours are 30 per week with flexibility in how these hours are distributed across the week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition Planning: Develop and execute robust Talent Acquisition plans aligned with business priorities, focusing on hiring for operational/frontline roles
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to ensure campaigns are successful and support with interview planning and feedback
  • Selection & Assessment: Develop fit-for-purpose interview, selection and assessment tools; provide interview support to ensure timely hiring and objective decisions
  • Process Optimization: Design and implement recruitment processes that improve speed, quality of hire, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain strong pipelines through direct sourcing, partnerships (e.g., local colleges), and employer branding initiatives
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing to promote Planteria’s value proposition to prospective employees
Requirements

What you will need to know/experience:

  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, with a track record of hiring for operational/frontline roles in field service, manufacturing, logistics, or similar industries
  • Ability to develop and implement scalable hiring strategies in high-growth or high-volume environments
  • 360 in-house recruitment experience including proactive search, interview and selection
  • Experience collaborating with hiring managers on campaigns
  • Broad knowledge of diverse sourcing approaches and employer branding
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
  • Well organized with effective project management skills
