A dynamic IT services firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead its hiring strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment for operational roles and the ability to implement scalable hiring strategies. This role offers flexible working hours, a competitive salary of £45k to £55k, and includes a hybrid work model with the option to work one day per week from home.
Planteria Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead and evolve our hiring practices to meet the requirements of a fast-growing company. This is both a strategic and hands-on recruiter role, requiring experience in diverse and creative sourcing strategies beyond LinkedIn. Location is based at our HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA) with an agile approach including the option to work one day per week from home.
Base pay range information is provided by Planteria Group. Your actual pay will be based on skills and experience; talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Location & Hours: The role is permanent and based at our HQ, with lunch provided onsite and ample parking. Working hours are 30 per week with flexibility in how these hours are distributed across the week.
