To be successful in this Talent Acquisition Advisor role, you will have:

• Previousexperience working within a talent acquisition / recruitment role (it would beadvantageousif this experiencewasgained within Motorsport, Automotive or Aerospace industries)
• An excellenttrack recordof candidate management
• Experienceoperatingin-house; however,we’llconsider applications from an agency background
• Fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectivelyoperatewith people at all levels
• Solid organisational skills and the ability to support multiple projects,maintaina high levelof attention to detail
