Now, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to help us find and hire brilliant people to join these fast‑growing teams.
This role is based in Manchester (3 days per week in the office), the hub of our Sales and CS organisation. It’s where you’ll build relationships, see the impact of your work first‑hand, and be part of a supportive, high‑energy team that’s shaping IRIS’s future.

👥About the Team You'll Join
You’ll join our global Talent Acquisition team, working closely with friendly, experienced colleagues across the UK and US.
We share ideas, support each other, and celebrate success together. You’ll report to our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and work closely with our Manchester‑based Sales and CS leaders – so you’ll be right at the heart of the action.
