Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, the Learning and Development Systems Specialist is responsible for creating systems support materials aligned with employee capability development initiatives, including new starter inductions. Collaborating with key stakeholders, this role acts as the subject matter expert for systems training, while mentoring and leading Super Users to ensure effective knowledge transfer and system adoption.
The L&D Systems Specialist provides technical support of WesTrac's learning management system (LMS). This position is responsible for the support, design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of content, assets, and other resources used for instructional functions, ensuring required training is allocated and approved in the system, as well as recording and reporting alongside system integration.
Location: South Guildford WA
Fixed Term 6 month Contract
Roster: Monday to Friday, 8.5-hour days (Including half-hour meal break)
