A leading scientific facility in Oxfordshire is seeking a Survey Technician to perform precision measurements for accelerators and beamlines. Responsibilities include utilizing advanced measurement instruments to ensure alignment accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a technical qualification (HNC/HND) and practical experience in component inspection. £32,363 to £34,429 (Discretionary range to £39,592) per annum.

We now have an opportunity for a Survey Technician to carry out initial and ongoing survey and alignment tasks plus component measurement for the Diamond accelerators and beamlines. The role will involve the use of CMMs, Laser Trackers, Laser Scanners and Total Stations to achieve sub‑millimeter accuracy.
