Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Live within 30 minutes of the Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surgical patients for operations.
• Assist with instruments, sutures, and dressings.
• Perform scrub duties and ensure instrumentation is prepared.
• Assist the Operating Room RN in patient care.
• Prepare specimens as needed.
• Observe incisions for bleeding.
• Assist with lifting and transporting patients.
