About Enfield Carers Centre

Enfield Carers Centre are opening a brand-new community club with daytime services and activities, in January 2026, called Connections. Our new club is in Ponders End, Enfield.

We are seeking experienced Support Workers as key members of a new team.

Who Should Apply?
  • The Person Specification provides you with a breakdown of the skills, knowledge and experience required to succeed in the role and highlights whether these are either essential or desirable to the role.
  • This post is subject to an enhanced CRB/DBS check.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm, engaging, safe space older /vulnerable adults
  • Provide compassionate person-centred care and support
  • Make a meaningful difference in the lives of those using the service
  • Work closely with carers, family members and clients to achieve stated outcomes
  • Assisting with low-level mobility (e.g. walking, gentle support, wheelchair assistance)
  • Facilitating or helping to deliver individual and group activities

Hours & Pay

Hours: 35 hours per week

Holiday: 25 days and 8 Bank Holidays, per annum

Salary: £23,600 per annum
