Location & Salary

  • Salary: £12.26 per hour
  • Contract: Full Time – Days
Responsibilities
  • Plan and support residents' daily activities, including medical appointments and therapeutic sessions.
  • Assist with life‑skills such as cooking, budgeting, hobbies, and outdoor activities.
  • Build trusting relationships, celebrate progress, and serve as a trusted presence.
  • Collaborate closely with the support team, communicate openly, and make decisions that benefit residents.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in care is essential.
