Working in York, you'll help promote independence through daily support such as budget management and personal care. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, a flexible approach to work shifts, and a full UK driving license. The role offers a salary of £37,259 per annum including pro-rata benefits like 24 days of paid holiday and various discounts.

You will have excellent communication skills and be a naturally caring and patient personality.
As each service is different, so too are the requirements and shift patterns. Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays so flexibility is key. Certain services will also have sleep‑in shifts or Waking Night shifts as well. We prepare the rotas at least four weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
