Base pay range

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours: 20 per week

Responsibilities
  • Work with adults living with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person‑centred basis.
  • Ensure residents are involved in all decisions regarding their care.
  • Encourage and develop new skills through a variety of activities.
  • Provide support during waking nights, including administering medication, personal care, security checks and domestic tasks.
  • Ensure residents are safe, comfortable and happy.
  • Work as part of a supportive team and receive ongoing training and development.
Qualifications
  • No prior industry experience or specific qualifications required.
  • On‑the‑job training is provided and the opportunity to give professional qualifications if desired.
