Overview

Join to apply for the Support Worker - Supported Living role at Making Space Charity.

We have an opportunity available for Support Workers - Supported Living to join the team at The Academy based in Warrington WA1 2RU. Salary £12.60 hourly. Weekly Hours: Various contracts available (27hrs, 36hrs & 37hrs).

On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.

Responsibilities
  • Support adults on a person-centered basis to live independently and move towards independent accommodation.
  • From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, adapt to varied daily duties and understand clients’ needs with a positive approach.
  • Think on your feet to respond to clients’ needs and provide a caring environment.
  • Ensure tenants are living a full and happy life by building relationships with service users and fellow colleagues.
