Meallmore is recruiting Support Workers to join the team at Manor Care Centre in Nairn, a purpose built care home supporting people with physical, neurological, and learning disabilities. This role suits someone with a kind, caring nature who wants a stable role with training, support, and clear opportunities to progress in health and social care.

The role

You will provide high quality care and support in line with individual care and support plans.
You will assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
You will help create a positive, supportive environment and contribute to the general life of the care home.
You will work in line with Meallmore policies, national care standards, and SSSC codes of practice.
You will collaborate with colleagues across the care team to ensure consistent, person centred support.

Working pattern

Full time and part time roles are available.
Shifts are worked in line with the needs of the service.
The role is based at Manor Care Centre in Nairn.

What we are looking for

You will have a caring and respectful approach to supporting others.
You will have good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
Experience in care is helpful but not essential.
If required, you must be willing to register with the SSSC, with support provided by Meallmore.
SVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
