Qualifications

  • Willingness to work towards a Health & Social Care diploma.

  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individual support plans and encourage independence.
  • Support residents with personal care and daily activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with service users and families.
  • Keep accurate records and notes as required.
  • Work across services including weekends and bank holidays.
