A children's care organization is seeking a Children's Residential Support Worker in Hayling Island. In this full-time role, you will provide emotional and physical support to children with complex needs. Responsibilities include building trusting relationships and ensuring a safe home environment. Location: Hayling Island
Hours: Full-time, 39 hours per week working a rolling shift pattern, 2 on 4 off.
Full UK Driving Licence is required
We are looking for a new team of dedicated children's support workers to become part of our brand new family home, caring for children and young people who have complex needs, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioural difficulties. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.
