A not-for-profit care provider in Wimborne Minster is looking for compassionate Support Workers to join a new Children's Residential Home. This role involves supporting children with learning disabilities, helping them to feel safe and valued. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. Ideal candidates will have a genuine interest in children's welfare and must be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. From £14.50ph + additional for overnight shifts
