Support Worker – Children’s Support Worker – CSE

Pay: £26,395.20 to £27,684.80 + £3,000 sleep‑in bonus (annual average)

Location: Great Ness, Shropshire

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Working hours: 40 per week

Salary: £12.69 - £13.31 per hour

  • Support young people with daily routines (getting ready for school, meal times, activities)
  • Create a warm, homely environment through light housekeeping
  • Build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support
  • Plan and join fun activities (trips, game nights, creative projects)
  • Keep essential records for best possible care
