A leading charity organization seeks a compassionate Support Worker in Sutton-in-Ashfield to provide practical and emotional support to young parents living in supported accommodation. The role involves developing parenting skills, assisting with daily routines, and connecting them to resources for education and employment. Work Base: Site based
Salary: £26,760.00 to £28,339.00 per annum including disturbance allowance
Hours per week: 37.5
Shift Pattern: covering Monday to Sunday on a rolling rota

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to work with young people aged 16–22 who are living in supported accommodation with their children.
In this role, you will provide practical, emotional, and parenting support to young parents, helping them to build confidence, independence, and long term stability for themselves and their families.
Your work will include supporting parents with daily routines, developing parenting skills, managing finances and accessing education, training and employment opportunities.
You will work closely with a شریک of partner agencies including health, housing, education, and social care to ensure that young parents and their children are safe, well supported, and able to achieve their goals as they move towards independent living.
