£12.46 per hour
07:30AM – 13:30 or 15:00-21:00 Shifts.

We are recruiting Support Workers to join a 5-Star Residential Care Home in Rustington, West Sussex

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Support Workers, although full training is provided for those looking to develop their career in care.

About the Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide person‑centred care and support to adults with:

  • Physical Disabilities
  • Huntington’s Disease
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Brain Injuries
Duties include:
  • Personal care and daily living support
  • Administering medication
  • Supporting mealtimes
  • Encouraging independence
  • Supporting social and community activities

You will work as part of a friendly, experienced team in a warm, homely environment.
