We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support. As a support worker with us you’ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

Our residential rehabilitation / ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service, Devonshire House in Ardwick, is a welcoming and friendly environment. You’ll enhance the lives of the people we support by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access local communities, socialising and engaging in activities such as going out to local bars and pubs, playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.

This role is for someone who wants to make a real difference to someone’s life and help them grow in confidence and independence, achieving goals such as cooking dinner themselves or going on holiday.

We expect Support Workers to be resilient, flexible and composed, follow Positive Behaviour Support plans, practice reflective learning and have experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.

Why choose us?

Experience a supportive environment where passion is valued over experience. Learn and grow through our excellent training programme from induction onward, with opportunities for promotion and career progression in a leading organisation.
