We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Support Worker to support our service user to live an independent life and to enjoy social activities in the community.Our service user lives in her own house in Bryson Court, a purpose built support complex with 16 houses.She is a 37-year-old female that can display moments of challenging behaviours that include self-harming and low mood.To keep her safe our service user requires a strong support worker to encourage personal care, to engage with activities and this will support with her mental health.A typical day will include personal, oral care and ensuring that appropriate clothes are selected for the day ahead, support with medication, shopping to include healthy food choices, housework and finances.When out in the community our service user requires 2-1 support.
