Contract & Eligibility

Contract: Full time & part time opportunities available, permanent positions. Employment is subject to at least two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS. Applicants should be 18 years or over. Currently we can only proceed with applicants that have a full UK driving licence.

What a 'Day in the Life' of a Support Worker Entails
  • Take responsibility for the physical and emotional wellbeing and social needs of our customers
  • Promote their independence and maintain high levels of dignity and respect
  • Carry out or assist customers with personal care such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals
  • Assist with medication
  • Transfer customers using safe moving and handling techniques and approved equipment
  • Preparation of meals and snacks
  • Liaise with your Team Leader as required
  • Maintain accurate records of all care provided through a mobile application
  • Support customers to access activities and the local community to live a happy, varied and fulfilling life
Experience & Training

No experience required – full training provided. The role may include sleep‑overs and, in some cases, waking nights. The work schedule is rota‑based and includes shifts in the mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

What Type of Care Do We Provide?

Based in Haverfordwest, our three residential care homes support people to live independently within a residential setting.

Supported Living: We support people to live independently in their own homes across houses in Pembrokeshire.

Community Outreach: Our community outreach team aims to achieve person‑centred outcomes for anyone who needs support and help with their day‑to‑day lives.
