Location: Brighton and Hove with travel around the surrounding area

Salary: £12.60 per hour უზ

What will binocular day in the life of a Support Worker involve?
  • Providing practical and emotional support, including welfare calls, shopping, and home visits.
  • Supporting adults after a hospital stay to help them recover safely at home.

  • Assessing needs and following a personalised support plan for each service user.
To be a successful Support Worker, what will you need?
