Support Worker – Burntwood

£12.45 per hour plus enhancements.

Shifts across a rota: Days – 7:30am – 2:30pm, 2:30pm – 9:30pm / Nights – 9:30pm – 7:30am.

About the Role

We’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands‑on Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support.

As a support worker you’ll help people gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

Our ABI (Acquired Brain Injury) service at Rugeley Road in Burntwood provides a welcoming, friendly environment where no two days are the same. You’ll enhance lives by teaching new skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging community access, socialising, and engaging in activities. One day you might be out at local restaurants or attending appointments; the next you could be unwinding by playing video games, watching films, or going to the cinema.
