The Opportunity

Build and manage our supplier network from the ground up. You'll recruit MHRA-compliant medical equipment suppliers, ensure quality standards, and create the supplier ecosystem that powers our marketplace.

What You'll Do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard MHRA-compliant medical equipment suppliers across all categories
• Conduct rigorous verification of suppliers (MHRA registration, insurance, compliance documentation)
• Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms
• Establish supplier performance standards and monitoring systems
• Manage supplier relationships, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement
• Work with operations team to optimize quote response times and order fulfillment
• Analyze supplier performance data and provide coaching to underperforming partners
• Develop supplier training materials and onboarding processes
• Build strategic partnerships with key suppliers for preferential terms
• Represent supplier needs and feedback to internal product/operations teams

What You Bring

• 4+ years experience in supplier management, procurement, or vendor relations
• Understanding of medical equipment supply chain and MHRA regulations
